The Government Quarter documents the redevelopment of Norway's political centre following the 2011 terrorist attack. Recorded across several years, the work examines the original Regjeringskvartalet complex before demolition, including the brutalist buildings designed by Erling Viksjø and the facade murals executed by Carl Nesjar after sketches by Pablo Picasso.

The photographs follow the site from the original complex through demolition and into construction, stopping short of completion. The work is concerned with what is lost, what is cleared, and what begins to take shape.
